Sama Alshaibi, Ammar Abd Rabbo, and Athier Mousawi have been shortlisted for the 2016 Sovereign MENA Art Prize, organised by the Sovereign Art Foundation in association with START. In its first edition, the MENA Art Prize will be inaugurated in Dubai on 19 October, with an art exhibition featuring the thirty nominees as well as an auction conducted by Christie’s. Alshaibi, Abd Rabbo and Mousawi have been nominated alongside such artists as Nadia Kaabi-Linke, Sahand Hesamiyan, and Hazem Harb. To cast your vote, please click here.
