We are delighted to share that Sama Alshaibi will be giving an artist talk at Duke University. Sama Alshaibi works between photography, video and installation, exploring the notion of aftermath - the fragmentation and dispossession that violates the individual and a community, following the destruction of their social, natural and built environments.
Come by and discover how her own body becomes the site, subject and medium within her artworks. The talk is open to public.
