Rula Halawani is part of She Who Tells A Story, a group exhibition that brings together the engaged works of 12 female artists at the Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh. Alongside Shirin Neshat, Lalla Essaydi, and Newsha Tavakolian, Halawani is featured with six photographs from her Negative Incursions series—negative black and white images that constitute a sensory documentation of the artist’s life in occupied Palestine.
